I suggest you to run the Hardware and device troubleshooter and check. I’m not tech savvy enough to figure out how to check this. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter. It’s internal, brand is Atheros. Is this a known problem with windows 10 and bluetooth?

ARWB-1NG and related drivers
